InfraLinx Capital was founded in 2009 by a group of senior infrastructure professionals in Europe and North America.

The team combines a broad range of technical, financial, economic, commercial, legal and fund management skills, and brings together long-established working relationships over the past 20 years. It has a strong and recognised track record in the infrastructure market, with a deep understanding of the various sectors, its inherent merits and risks, and industry structures.

With offices in London, Frankfurt, Geneva, Warsaw, New York, Washington DC and Jacksonville, Infralinx specializes solely in infrastructure and is able to operate locally in sourcing and managing infrastructure projects, whilst providing the necessary global reach for capital raising, deploying resources as required and forging partnerships and alliances with specialist industry players.

We develop and finance infrastructure assets by bridging the gap between the public authorities’ financing requirements and their need to deliver long-term infrastructure assets and services, with the expertise and efficiencies provided by private developers and providers of capital.

From greenfield investments to monetization of existing assets, we support our clients during all phases of development (from deal sourcing to deal structuring, project funding and asset management), and offer individually tailored structuring solutions.
