Joint Ventures
Infralinx | Royal Commission at Yanbu
The Memorandum of Understanding between the Royal Commission at Yanbu, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Infralinx Capital, LLC. establishes a Joint Venture to operate and manage the Multi Modal Logistics Hub (MMLH) Project in Yanbu Industrial City. A logistics city consists of logistics activities and related assets combined with an integrated mix of assembly and manufacturing companies, business services, retail outlets, research and education centers, and associated government services and administration sections. Critical to a logistics city are its ports: seaport/harbor, airport and inland ports. Also needed are: land transportation: highways/freeways for trucking, and railroads that must cross country and connect with surrounding countries. The city must be the able to attract talent with residential areas, commercial areas, safety and security, hospitals, fire stations, local sustainable food sources. IT infrastructure must be incorporated. Storage areas: cargo center, warehouses, and container terminals are needed. Strategic business partnerships must be forged with shipping (UPS or FedEx, for example), international banks, restaurant groups, hotel groups, IT (IBM or SAS for example), entertainment and railroads (Union Pacific, BNSF, Central Japan Railway, etc.). Infralinx is honored to enter into this important project with the Royal Commission at Yanbu. |

Sustainable Agriculture
Infralinx, with its partners, is poised design, build, finance, maintain and operate hurricane-resistant greenhouses throughout the Caribbean, with the first project in Bermuda.
Integrated proprietary grow house systems developed by our AG partners will radically improve and protect how food will be grown in high-risk geographies. Utilizing pre-engineered greenhouse structures and proven containerized growing systems our AG partners have integrated solar energy, battery storage and water production to create climate resistant growing environments that can operate anywhere in the world. These are the first fully integrated off-grid food production systems certified up to Category 5 hurricane resistance. The Joint Venture handles all stages of the deployment of these systems. |
