Kadi joined Infralinx in February of 2022 at the US headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut. She brings a diverse background to the team having begun her career in finance - first working on Wall Street and later for a major hedge fund - before expanding into design, education, and entrepreneurship. Adept at finding the intersection of creativity and functionality, Kadi helps drive a culture of cross-functional collaboration, creating and managing systems for organizational optimization and efficiency.
Versed in working with architecture, design, and construction firms, Kadi currently serves on a government-appointed building committee charged with the design and construction of a new $63M educational facility that will house PreK-5th grade, including two specialty programs, in Darien, Connecticut. Passionate about environmental and social impact, Kadi also serves on the Advisory Council of ReadWorks, an ed-tech nonprofit.
Education
Kadi holds a BA from Indiana University. Additionally, she has participated in a summer program at Columbia and an executive leadership course at NYU.
