Over thirty years’ experience of international transport and infrastructure engineering projects having worked for the majority of this on public-private partnership projects. Extensive transaction advisory experience of all stages of the development of major Highway and Railway schemes on a concession basis, EPC contracts and O&M issues. Initial due diligence and structuring of projects leading to successful financial close of such projects in emerging economies. Project monitoring and oversight and reporting to sponsors and lenders on risk management and risk mitigation measures.

Project Management and Supervision:
Extensive experience in both road and rail sectors in the project management and supervision of major infrastructure programs and development projects. Responsible for a variety of transport infrastructure projects in Europe, the Middle East and Americas, including toll roads, rail and transit programs and urban development projects.
Planning and Economic Assessment:
Responsible for planning and economic assessment studies of highways, road infrastructure, transport and urban development projects. Traffic and transportation plans at national, regional and local levels and modelling and economic/financial assessment of major schemes.
