Steven Koinis is a business innovator with more than thirty years of global investment, consulting and executive management experience in the strategic and functional aspects of investment management, private equity, infrastructure and operations in emerging and developed markets. His professional accomplishments include having arranged, invested, and raised capital, developed asset allocation strategies, spearheaded major turnarounds of troubled operating assets, and structured transactions totaling in the tens of billions of dollars across the US, Europe, the Middle East, North Africa and Asia.
Prior to Infralinx, he has held Senior Executive and Advisory positions with global blue chip consulting, investment and financial services firms, including a major subsidiary of the sovereign wealth fund ADIA, specifically structuring Islamic investment vehicles, direct and fund investing and restructuring special situation assets.
Steven is known for his creativity in solving complex problems focused on arranging and closing large cross-border partnerships and transactions. His expertise in real estate, infrastructure, hospitality, energy, consumer products, media and entertainment, e-commerce and underperforming assets has provided clients with valuable insights. He has advised large corporations, sovereign wealth funds, VHNW families and members of Royal Families globally.
